Troppi Saints per il Videoton Crema: il Pagnano sbanca la “Toffetti” con un netto 4-8 che lascia un po’ di amaro in bocca ai cremaschi.
Sia chiaro: per i rossoblù si tratta di un passaggio a vuoto che non inficia la grande partenza in campionato, certificata da 12 punti dopo 6 giornate, con il Vidi in quota playoff al suo primo anno in Serie B.
La sconfitta con i Saints, però, mette in evidenza alcune lacune dei cremaschi e fornisce spunti interessanti su cui lavorare in vista dei prossimi impegni: su tutti, la necessità di una maggior concentrazione sulle palle inattive. Se con la Domus i due gol subiti da corner erano stati poi recuperati, con i Saints tutti gli errori sono stati pagati a caro prezzo.
Il calendario fornisce un’immediata e ghiotta occasione per il riscatto già Martedì 14 Novembre, alle ore 20.00, sempre alla “Toffetti”: il Videoton si gioca un importantissimo match di Coppa con i pari categoria del Bergamo.
Altra gara casalinga per i rossoblù, che punteranno al passaggio del turno: in caso di vittoria, i cremaschi affronterebbero i Kaos di Ferrara di Serie A!
LA CRONACA
Era iniziata nel migliore dei modi la gara con i Saints: grazie al contropiede perfetto di Maietti, che salta il portiere e deposita in rete, e alla botta di prima di Villa da fuori, colpo di potenza e grande tecnica, il Videoton si era presto portato sul 2-0. Una partenza incredibile, che ha visto i rossoblù mantenere il doppio vantaggio fino a metà frazione circa con una prova convincente.
I rossoblù, però, hanno spento la luce all’improvviso: un black-out tanto improvviso, quanto determinante ai fini del risultato.
Ancora una volta i cremaschi pagano dazio da calcio d’angolo: due corner in sequenza costano infatti due reti che ristabiliscono la parità nell’arco di pochi istanti. Letale l’uno-due dei Saints, che non si accontentano del 2-2: gli ospiti sentono che è il momento di affondare il colpo e bucano la retroguardia locale per altre due volte prima dell’intervallo. Una botta terrificante dalla distanza e un’incursione in velocità, ribadita in rete, portano il parziale sul 2-4 con cui si rientra negli spogliatoi.
Minuti al buio anche quelli in avvio di ripresa per il Videoton, che nel secondo tempo incassa due gol in pochi secondi. Un 2-6 difficile da rimontare, che si trasforma nella proibitiva montagna del 2-8 entro la metà della ripresa a causa di altre due distrazioni, appesantite dal rosso comminato a Peverini per somma di ammonizioni.
Mister Uccheddu si gioca quindi il portiere di movimento: maglia camouflage per Lopez e moto d’orgoglio del Videoton, che con cinque giocatori di movimento gioca bene.
Una buona circolazione porta al 3-8 di Villa, che incastra il pallone all’incrocio: servirebbe un miracolo per trovare altri 5 gol in 5 minuti, ma i Saints sono dall’altra parte del campo e non accolgono le preghiere cremasche.
La gara si accende, ma gli ospiti tengono botta, incassando il 4-8 grazie alla puntata vincente di Tosetti e sfiorano anche il 9° gol, con Mastrangelo che para il tiro libero allo scadere.
Una sconfitta da accettare e di cui fare tesoro: pochi giorni e si torna subito in campo!
